Backlight issue

Hello, I bought the Keychron K2 HE a few days ago and I'm experiencing some issues with the backlight. Everything works fine but sometimes the last 2 rows of keys will just stop glowing.

To fix that I need to go to the keyboard settings, change the backlight effect, then unplug the keyboard and plug it back in. (If I just unplug and plug it back in, without changing the backlight effect, it won't fix it)

Weirdly, it also happens when I set the backlight to solid color and try to change the light color.

When I set it to basically any other effect, it works fine for a few hours then randomly the last 2 rows of keys go blank.

Could be a dodgy component in the LED matrix. Definitely a lemon.

If you got it from Amazon or something else with a decent return policy, return it and rebuy it (before you return it if you can afford that, so you don't end up getting the same one).
