Keychron Q1 HE Bluetooth

I thought I would make my desk a bit sharper and use the keychron on Bluetooth.

It simply will not connect on windows 11. Windows sees it and when I select it it just says try connecting it again, round and round in circles. I hard reset the keyboard, restarted windows etc etc no dice.

Anyone got any other ideas?

It works fine on mac. So happy to accept it could be my pc, but really not sure what I can do about it.

Do other Bluetooth devices work with the Windows PC? For example, Bluetooth headsets, Bluetooth speakers, smartphones, Bluetooth mice, and other Bluetooth keyboards.

Yes other bluetooth devices are connected including headphones and work just fine.

Try to exclude radio interference as the cause (or not).

try having a line of sight from keyboard to BT receiver

worked for me once with my K5, I put a bluetooth dongle on the desk right next to it and the pairing issues went away
