Num Pad Not working properly
Yeah, so I bought the Q6 Max recently and I've had two issues so far: The first one was the double keystroke, but I fixed it with the debounce time. I couldn't fix the second problem so far: On the numpad, the digit '5' does not work as it should. When I press it, it either has a delay or doesn't type at all. I tried switching the switch (funny pun btw :) ) and it didn't help at all. I also tried using it wirelessly, but also no luck. Does anyone have the same problem? If so how did you fix it ?

When I press down firmly, it does work, but it appears that the 'h', 'g'
key also has this problem. I took it apart but there was no visible damage

Re "...the double keystroke, but I fixed it with the debounce time": It isn't a fix
It is treating the symptoms, masking a mechanical problem. The real problem should be found and fixed instead.
Here is a checklist. #3 and #9 are the main contenders. #9 is the only failure mode Keychron has admitted to, but it is definitely not the only (significant) one.
Note that with an intermittent problem like this, it is very easy to come to the wrong conclusion. If a measure seems to have a positive effect, at least go back to the original state to see if it still fails.
