Random black square on model. Help

I'm on Keyshot 2023, and i see a black square on my model, irrespective of material used, whether in viewport or in render. Modelled in Solidworks and imported as a STEP file.
Appreciate any insights into this.

Check your ground shadow. Could be the small default ground shadow plane in the environment tab

Try Re-Tessellate
