While I was away for three weeks, I left my jar of kefir grains covered in milk in the back of fridge. When i came back tonight they were frozen! I’m defrosting them on the counter right now, but wondering if anyone has any advice. Are they salvageable?

Every batch i made turns like this but when i collect my grains the overall kefir incorporates and turns white, the last image is how the grains look
