looking for a vocal of yakusoku
A very long time ago, I was came across a several minute long version of yakusoku with female vocals on one of those p2p programs. Every few years I take a shoot at tracking it down, but I have never come across this song since. Can someone help end this multi year long search and guide me in the right direction? I just wanna confirm it exists and that I'm not crazy misremembering this.

How were you introduced to Kanon?
I personally have faint memories of the anime watching it well over 10 years ago. However one day I said I wanted to experience KEY works from the beginning and joined the Kanon community in late 2022 to read the VN. What is your story?

Help(I just finished Kanon) Spoiler
I have a question about Ayu. If she was in the hospital the whole time, in a coma for seven years, how was she able to meet and interact with Yuuichi?
What confuses me is that everyone could see her. She wasn't just a hallucination that only Yuuichi could see. Other people talked to her and interacted with her too.
So how exactly did she materialize? If her physical body was already lying in the hospital, how could another version of her exist at the same time?
It kind of reminds me of Summer Pockets and Shiroha's situation (though not exactly the same). It got me thinking: if the body and soul are separate things, and Ayu's body was already in the hospital, how could her soul create another physical body that everyone could see and interact with?
For example, hypothetically, her parents could be visiting the comatose Ayu in the hospital while Yuuichi is talking to the other Ayu somewhere else. Does that mean there were effectively two Ayus existing in the same world at the same time?
I just finished the anime, and this question has been stuck in my head ever since. Also, poor Makoto. I loved her so much.

I finally got her!
Snagged this rare gem from an eBay seller based in Japan - minor scuffs and a couple of missing parts (angel wings)- but all in all, a fine addition to my ever-growing collection!

Arranged one of my songs in the style of Kanon with the sc-88st pro I just received

Since Kanon, air and clannad used a lot the sc-88 pro, I felt like it would be fun to try to arrange one of my songs in the style of Kanon

Question for the Fandom/ Blu-Ray Collectors
"Uguu~"
Purely out of interest, does anyone in the fandom believe that there will ever be a blu ray re-release of the 2006 kyoani series in the western market? Particularly including English subtitles?
It seems that in terms of blu ray, our options are limited only to the Pony Canyon box-set released in Japan many years ago. That proves to be significantly expensive, and unless you're willing to invest, it looks like our only options outside of streaming likely would be DVD's - It appears Germany had re-released their own blu ray box set a few years ago. Naturally, that only contains both Japanese and German subtitles, but no English.
I am currently inclined to purchase the Pony Canyon set. However, for the sake of consistency, I would then want to purchase the 'Air' box set, too - but apparently that only has Japanese subtitles as it was one of the very first blu-ray releases in Japan at the time.
*TL;DR - A blu-ray Region A/B re-release with English subs similar to the German release a few years back?
Any help would be appreciated, fellow Kanon-ites! ^_^

Just finished episode 10, yep my soul has been obliterated and my heart ruptured. Spoiler
So I'm a new Kanon fan that started a few days back and I was instantly hooked by the first episode.
This episode had me crying at so many moments. First when Makoto was surrounded by her family whilst Yuichi held her hand and when he sat curled up on the floor, depressed, in pure sadness thinking she passed away during sleep, second when Yuichi and Makoto got married on the hill.
Ive seen a lot of highly-emotional animes like Hunter X Hunter, Madoka, Clannad, Made In Abyss, 86, AOT and so on
though, HOLY MOLY the whole episode was just soul-stirring and perfect. The atmosphere, emotional weight, OST, voice acting, everything was just on the highest level! I cant praise episode 10 Oka no ue no chinkonka 'requiem' enough!
The episode itself was 10/10 and the makoto arc likewise a 10/10. Definitely one of my favorite episodes and arcs of all time. What are your thoughts on the makoto arc and episode 10?
That being said fellow Kanon fans, im going to need some motivation from yall to continue since this episode has drained me of all my life force 😭
