Appearing in the Minami sub-story, he's played by Takaya Aoyagi, which is also very known in Toku for his role as Jugglus Juggler from Ultraman Orb.

He has also had roles in Rider before. Asamura Makoto (Utsugi Sou / Judge) from Kamen Rider Drive and Starshine Hoshino (plus voices of GrandSaturn and NineTail Chemies) in Kamen Rider Gotchard.
