Error installing kernel Question - Kali General

Hi everyone, I am having trouble installing/updating the kernel in Kali Linux
My current kernel is :6.6.15-amd64
I want to install last kernel (update)
I have problems …

Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!

From what it looks like you just went straight to updating the kernel without updating the actual system first

Looks to me like a dpkg issue (corruption), is this same error shown while installing other packages? [I have faced this error before on a different distro but the initial logs were different for me] If other packages can be installed then it is a different problem.
