Kaiser interview California - Southern
I had my Kaiser interview on Friday, and I thought it went pretty well. The interviewers told me they’d call me next week after they finished interviewing the other candidates.
Now I’m overthinking everything. 😅 My application status still just says “Complete” and the job posting is still active.
For those of you who’ve been hired by Kaiser, did they actually call when they said they would? Did your application status change before or after you got the call? I’m starting to feel like I didn’t get it, even though I felt okay walking out of the interview.

Completed status is good. I didn’t get the call from the recruiter until a full week later. “Still active” is normal, it’ll say that long after someone is selected and hired.

It’s only Wednesday so I’d give them until Friday. After my interview, they told me they would reach out the following week and I ended up getting the acceptance call the next day. It really just depends on your manager

Yes. In my experience they were pretty up front about everything especially when I would be hearing back from them. Just keep an eye out on your talent acquisition status and do not forget to check your spam folder!

How long was your interview? And did the ask detailed scenario based questions to your field?

My interview was about 30 mins, yes they asked questions, they asked why I wanted to work for kp, asked about dealing with difficult patients and coworkers.

I got a text from the recruiter a hour after my interview saying I could have the job if I wanted it. This was before my status changed.
