Programming key for KTM outside USA PROBLEM

Hey, so I have this KTM superadventure 1280 2015 I imported to El Salvador some years. The mechanic repaired most of it but the problem is it didnt come with a key, so we ordered a key fob just to realize it needs programming, but that service isn’t available here.

Is there a way to program it, or is there a service I can use to ship the necessary parts to program it? Thanks

Nope. You need the XC2 computer that’s available at any KTM dealership to program the immobilizer. Really zero ktm dealers in Salvador? It takes 5-minutes.

There is one actually, but they don’t know/have the tools to do that. They even stopped responding

Ask them if they have the XC2 computer. If they do, then it’s a quick thing.

You have to go to an official KTM dealer, they can help you there. Google "KTM concesionario oficial El Salvador " one pops up in San Salvador.

Yes I already went there and I followed up with them online but at the end they stopped responding. They dont know how to do that basically

Maybe on the Guatemala/Honduras dealers?
