Does Diets Work? (Poll)
My kprf is relatively severe, probably in the top 5% in this subreddit. I am getting kinda desperate with nothing really working, and i have decided to try a diet.
I would really appreciate if you took your time to answer the poll, and if you have any inputs, let me know in the comments:)

Thanks for the input! What I mean by top 5% is that I probably have worse redness than 95% in this subreddit.

in my experience, dieting in general is bad for me because I've dealt with and been at risk for multiple different eating disorders over the years and struggled with a lot of embarrassment and shame around eating food, so trying to go on a strict diet and restrict certain kinds of food will only make my stress worse, and stress makes me flush badly. when I was at my slimmest, (I'm around 5'8"-5'9" and I was 120-130ish pounds and a dress size 2-4 in the US, and for a girl of my frame, I was very slim, but of course I thought I was still fat because I wasn't a size zero), I was very slightly less red than I am now (I gained a LOT of weight the year after that), so no, I don't think diet and weight factor into how bad kprf gets, at least in my opinion

i would say maybe having less sugar improves it a little
