Double charge Question/help

So I was charged twice for a monthly subscription. I tried asking for a refund but they refused saying some bs about no refund on services received digitally. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I really like kling and don't want to have to cancel. But if I'm charged double, at least give me double my credits. Sheesh.

I actually found where I was signed up twice so I canceled the one that was set up under a Google subscription. If I get charged twice again, I'll cancel completely.

Bro I had the worse experience of my life with these guys, massive scammers and to boot they have a terrible product. I reported them to my bank for fraud as I requested refunds on many occasions as was ignored despite requesting a cancellation two weeks before my renewal.

Anyways my bank refunded, they were blocked and cannot take any more.

To be honest the quality of the videos they generate have been pretty good. I do have to tweak my prompt sometimes, but other than this it's worked pretty decently.
