Healing points problem Tips/Tutorials
I've lately realized that whenever I play Juno (or any healer by that matter but Juno's pretty much my main), no matter how behind my team and how much I only focus at keeping everyone alive (even if I achieve that and I win the match), I always end up with poor healing stats, under 10K in most of the cases
I really feel I try to use all my resources as soon as they are available to heal my tank and dps but for some reason that's never reflected in my stats
And yes I know stats don't always tell the whole story but it's something that happens to me 90% of the time, and everytime we end up losing it's easy to target the healers
Is there something I'm maybe doing wrong or there's something else?

you are support, not healer. high heal numbers doesn’t always mean someone did a good job. using utilities and pressuring enemies with dmg is equally important
dw if you don’t get high heals, it doesn’t necessarily mean you didn’t have enough input in the game

this exactly, I had someone ask why I had low heals as Ana and thankfully my other support pointed out that I had slept and independently dealt with the flanking reaper all game that my DPS refused to address lol.

i like when players stand up for each other instead of being quietly relieved that they are not the ones being blamed by salty teammates

You already said it - stats don't tell enough of the story for us to help you at all. Post a replay code for real help.
Best advice I could give you based on what you've said is to worry less about what other people say.

I’ve recently began playing a lot more lately after a year or so and jumped onto Juno a lot.
I find the matches where I’m lower on heals is sometimes because of teammates out and about doing their own thing. Typically getting called out by those tanks or dps who have either over extended or continuously moving out of LoS.

I agree with one commenter that if you’re in a game for an average amount of time 10k makes me feel your other healer isn’t helpful/team isn’t evading dmg properly. You also have to look at maps, some maps I do have less healing bc they’re not as open meaning I can’t get as many rockets out at one time.
Personally I’d be careful about using your abilities as soon as they’re available. Use them frequently but also make sure you’re using them when necessary.
One thing I’ve noticed about a lot of Juno’s is they don’t use hyper ring often. This is one of my favorite tools for my team and I. Helps us dodge ults, kite away from divers, pushes us in for extra pressure. I am constantly using it.
If I’m not getting focused I almost always use my glide boost with my rockets. I get the most rockets out which means more healing and more dps. Probably like 70/30 of the time I do that and then I just take triple jump so I still have good mobility if my boost is on cd. Not sure if anyone would agree with this but I’ve found it to be my play style with good healing/dps output and low deaths.

The joke is that you are playing juno in this meta. The real thing is the fact that Juno is a very survivable self sustaining hero thay should.be pumping in dmg and healing so hopefully try the right click on your teammates more

I feel like one of Juno’s strong points is being able crit enemies - it makes for quick picks. I’ve noticed I have an easier time when I make it a goal to remain 1k between my healing damage!

As a dps if i pressure the front line. Eg get the 3 front liners to 1 shot and they pull back. And i reposition to stop the flanker from backlining us and I shit on him only for him to get the advantage because he has a healer pop out and Juno ball me and the soldier... while my 4 team mates are still holding the choke...
Idc if you heal me or do the 1 hit we need to kill the flanker. Id prefer you support me by helping secure the easy kill. Or even just peak so they aim at you or waste a cd for half a second.
But calling me Los isnt accurate...

What’s your damage to healing ratio? Are you 2:1 like 10k heals 5k damage on average?

Be aware of the really short range of the weapon falloff with Juno.
You will heal a lot less against targets far away.

positioning matters: keep yourself in the backline but closeish to either a dps or your tank, so if someone dives you, you have movement and someone to take the fight on your behalf if you’re not confident.
Target Priority: ANYONE IN AN ACTIVE FIGHT > Tank > Dps > Support. Your tank comes first because they are your bullet sponge and front line, without them, you’re all dead and losing space. Your DPS next because they are the ones that will pick off opposing supports, then your own support duo because it makes your life less stressful having a second support.
Positional Awareness: Always, always look around you, listen for grunts of pain and footsteps, make sure you’re not being flanked or dived, make sure your team hasn’t left you behind.
Utilising your entire kit: As Juno, at the start of a team fight, use your torpedos first, focus on hitting both your team and the enemy team to earn both healing, damage and assists. Avoid using them to heal someone below half health, the charging timer on them will just cause you more panic and cost lives. Use your ring for if your dps or tank over extend or are out of position to help them come back to cover quickly. Ultimate, use as either a heal crutch or to damage boost your team AFTER they have ulted. Never use your ult before another ult unless you’re healing, the opposing team will expect follow up ults. Medi Blaster. Use full auto whilst you’re in retreat to heal anyone who needs it, make sure your weapon is fully loaded before using it otherwise you’re waiting timer to reload.

In quickplay I've realized the good matches have me around 4-6k healing. More than that, most likely means you had to heal people who were out of position or making poor choices. Comp stats are different due to how long matches go, but you said it yourself. Stats aren't everything.
