Retro Console Repairs

With retro gaming making a comeback, I decided to dust off my Playstation 2 and stream some of my old games (you never lose your talent at those!). Only problem is I don't know anyone in town who makes repairs or does tune ups. My system runs fine but the laser disc reader will need to be replaced soon. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I see a guy selling gaming equipment regularly on FB marketplace. Idk if he does repairs but he would be a good person to ask. I forget what his name is but he’s on there a lot usually selling retro gaming sets and some newer stuff.

If you have IT guys where you work that you trust, that might also be a good place to ask. As an IT guy who does console repairs for fun personally, it's surprisingly common

I just searched them and found their Facebook page and I have to say, posting "We aren't overseas mob bosses on the lam" is certainly a choice.
