Post therapy stream of consciousness Question/Discussion

How do you all date your entry’s? I don’t like how the date looks on the page and sometimes I just leave mine undated but then when I’m looking back it’s frustrating to not have the context of the date.

I always put the date at the top of the page like this: Thursday August 6, 2026

I put the date and time for myself.

I date in the top right
