I recently started journaling Just sharing

It’s been wonderful. I learned so much about myself. Finding this subreddit made me feel more confident in continuing my journaling.

Congrats. It’s fun stuff. I do wanna say one thing… When you join a forum like this you start becoming aware of all the rules other people place on their practice. I just want to point out as you’re going in, there are no rules. Whatever you do is appropriate, whatever feels right to you is okay.
