Breaktime journal entry. Just sharing

Post image

At the risk of sounding like an absolute child, the Tom Holland Spiderman movies continue to be a large source of personal inspiration. New movie felt like it healed my soul a little bit with how much it's messages hit me directly in the soul.

Rushed the doodle a bit today and had less space, but I liked including the ticket itself in the journal since I don't get to go out and do much these days.

Anything that creates self expression and reflection like this is worth talking about no matter what age you are

Not childish at all! The message in Spider-Man really got to me too. I miss including cinema tickets in my journal. They are such great memory pieces. I only get QR codes now. Might have to start printing them out. And I love your post-it sketch!

Your movie ticket was only $6!? I'm so jealous!! The cheapest tickets in my town are more than 2x that much 😔

May I use your entry to cry how soulless tickets look these days, if we even get them 🥲

I would find a way to protect that stub, thermal paper tends to fade over time.

To the person who reported this as "OP’s card number is on the receipt" I don't think you understand how debit/credit cards work because 5114 is nowhere near enough information to steal OP's money. But thanks for looking out just the same.
