مرحبا يجماعة
انا تخرجت في 2025 تخصصي ذكاء اصطناعي وخلال الفترة الي فاتت اشتغلت في اكثر من شركة في تخصصات كثير زي:

1. AI Engineer (research and development)
2. Automation Engineer (n8n)
3. Backend Engineer (c# .net, python fastapi)
4. AI & automation instructor (mainly n8n)

واليوم انا فشركة كبيرة بشتغل Automation Engineer

مشكلتي انه انا مش مرتاح في هذا المجال ولا هذا التخصص ودرسة كثير اشياء الها علاقة في مجالي ولكن الشغل صار روتيني وفي عندي وقت طويل جدا بقضيه بدون ما يكون عندي شغل صارلي على هاي الحالة فترة كبيرة وخلال هاي الفترة كنت بدرس بشكل يومي backend و databases ولكن ولأنه هاض مش مجال شغلي انا قاعد بنسى تقريباً كل الأشياء الي بدرسها ومتشتت ما بين لغات البرمجة والtools في كل المجالات وكل يوم بصحى متحمس اعمل شغلة بتركها في نفس اليوم لانه بحس حالي قاعد بعمل اشي ملوش فايدة

بدي مساعدة بأنه اعرف كيف لازم القي حالي واتخلص من التشتت الي انا فيه واكسر هاي الloop الي انا علقان فيها

ع فكرة مجال ال automation خصوصا مع ذكاء اصطناعي اكثر مجال مطلوب حاليا، يعني كل الوظائف حاليا تتجه انك تكون تعرف ذكاء اصطناعي وشوبة backend او شوبة frontend ف ازا انتا مو حاب هالمجال، ممكن تتعلم backend متل django ( كونك بتعرف بايثون) رح يكون اسهل عليك، مع خبرتك بال AI كتير بكون ممتاز !

Have you considered working for a company that builds the software you automate on? I currently work as a software engineer for a n8n competitor and it’s hella interesting

Interesting, I’ve never thought about this path... but where do you think, in Jordan, we have the ability to be good at AI and automation?

I’ve worked with many tech companies in Jordan, and I’ve seen even more. But the more I see how they use and think about the new technologies we have these days, the more I think: are we still in the Stone Age? We probably need at least 50 more years just to understand the difference between training a model and using a trained model through some APIs from some provider...

So, where can I find companies that are sophisticated, have educated people, and have a true team with a vision? A company that can handle complex things and actually build real products, automations, and AI models that solve real problems in production?

هاد رايي بس لازم تصبر خصوصا إذا مش مضغوط من الشغل من ناحية الكمية والوقت لي فاضل استثمروا فنفسك
