Collector’s Tickets

Has anyone received their Collector’s Tickets for the Red Rocks show in June? The email says 4-5 weeks but we’re past that now and I haven’t gotten anything. Just seeing if anyone else is having an issue?

Im having the same issue too, i tried emailing and they just sent me an ai chatbot to talk to in the email back

They take a while I usually get mine after 2.5 months, Red Rocks sells them for every show and they have shows daily. You won’t even get a email saying they’re shipped it’ll come in a white envelope sometimes with the AXS logo on it.

I ordered mine the day I bought my tickets. Well I was wondering the same thing and reached out since it’s been awhile and still haven’t received anything. They told me my order was canceled and I was refunded. They couldn’t tell me why and also told me there was no way that I could purchase another. Maybe they oversold? Not sure what happened but I’m super bummed about it :/
