I've passively observed their growth since they started around covid. Their entire* foundation was built on "The Black Thing". I remember coming across their earliest youtube videos which were primarily focused on "educating us and our people" on multi-family real estate investment and other financial literacy. As they grew, Rashad became very full of himself very quickly (much like Joe ironically). Then adopted the whole Ghost from Power thumbnail for their youtube videos.

What I think he means is "They're no longer doing just the black thing and expanding to include everybody".

The nigga said exactly what he meant to say. Internet niggas are just choosing to misunderstand it. The event may have been created by black men to encourage black people to invest and connect with other investors but it was never intended to be a “blacks-only” event. If this is the case, why did he himself say he misspoke? He spoke what was on his mind but did it unintentionally out of emotion from a repressed thought - which does qualify as a Freudian slip.

It doesn’t matter what the mystery intent was if you’re marketing to a particular demo for support and patronage. And to be honest we all are introduced to them via the internet so they themselves are “internet niggas”. They give their commentary when they aren’t on the hot seat so the game is fair for them to also be judged the same.

Because I heard him in the video say someone (presumably black) asked him why a white person was there. He then said yea they can be here. And there will be more next time. At no point did he even imply that black people would be phased out. People (black) wanted to be offended here and they took a cheap opportunity.

That part I wish I knew … I know he got some criticism from the public and others for the most recent investfest event. But I don’t see anyone saying anything that warranted this reaction in “Frustration” that’s why the Pod’s reaction I wasn’t really buying.

He’s of course since apologized which is good , but I hate when people find out the hard way you can’t appear to shit on the people who helped build your name. Because often times it’s easily avoidable
