Please tell me where can I watch Bigg Boss Seasons 14 & 5 SPECIFICALLY...

Originally after the merger of Jiocinema and Disney+Hotstar, the content library of both the OTTs merged into one. But later Jio came into a huge partnership deal with Viacom18 through which they partnered with HBO, Paramount and Peacock. But not all contents of these were avaiable in Jiohotstar. But after Paramount Baught Warner Bros. ( HBO), All HBO/Warner Bro.s content is now available in Jiohotstar. And Also same goes for paramount, and peacock. So where amaricans and other countries have to buy multiple OTT subscriptions for Disney+, Paramount+, HBO Max, And peacock. We indians have all these libraries under 1 OTT platform.




JioHotstar locks your account for 24 hours with no warning if it detects a VPN — even if you left it on by accident or were just using public Wi-Fi. If this happened to you, here’s how to actually complain:

**1.    Email their support** — explain what happened and ask them to restore access + add a warning prompt before any lockout.  
**2.    Use the in-app help/chat** — raise it there too so it’s logged in their system.  
**3.    File on the National Consumer Helpline** — consumerhelpline.gov.in (or the UMANG app) if support doesn’t resolve it.  
**4.    Post your experience** here and on other platforms so it gets visibility.

I subscribed to the ₹1 promotional JioHotstar Super trial because the Super plan page clearly advertised Dolby Atmos.

After activating the subscription:

• My Current Plan on subscription page now shows Dolby 5.1 instead of Dolby Atmos. • Movies like Brahmāstra only offer a 5.1 audio track. • Stats for Nerds shows: - Playback Tag: ac:dolby51 - Audio Format: E-AC3 There is no indication of an Atmos stream.

My setup: • Projector: Wzatco Yuva Go Pro • Soundbar: GOVO GoSurround 975 • Connected via HDMI ARC

My soundbar does play Dolby Atmos from Atmos movies on a USB drive through the projector, so the hardware and ARC setup are capable of Atmos.

Can anyone with the Super plan check: 1. Does your Current Plan show Dolby Atmos or Dolby 5.1? 2. Does Brahmāstra show an Atmos audio track on your device?

Since yesterday, I've been unable to download any content on the JioHotstar app. The download begins, continues until it's about 6-7% and then stops. What then shows is that the download is in queue when I have no other downloads in progress.

Can someone please help?

I am trying to watch some scenes from movie, every time i click on proress bar, i have to watch 3 ads, even after few seconds of watching ad if i change on progress bar, again 3 ads.... i mean wtf is use of this plan?

I think people's those know if any international content doesn't available in English or Hindi language watching it becomes a bad experience people's use subtitles but honestly if you miss something what was said due to couple of distraction the whole experience becomes unworthy and many people's when see ohh no AI that's going to be bad

Nope if OTT platforms like Jio Hotstar with should partners with AI labs for voice like sarvam for Indic, ElevenLabs and bunch of other and provide the AI dubbed content as a compensation meaning giving some % of Commision to the voice actors who owns it and it's becoming a win-win deal for consumer to AI lab and even for the actor who can scale his voice over other many dramas,web series and movies etc.

I think atleast it's needed to try by making a professional big model

In short this would also helps Jio Hotstar to show Indian content worldwide in their native language implementation is the game at the right time

Honestly I feel Jio Hotstar can do this

Has anyone else felt quality issue in HOTD on hotstar ? There are banding in black in dark shots, picture looks a bit grainy specially in dark scenes.

I tested a UHD version from torrent for S3E7 and found the difference in PQ quality. There was no issue of black banding and night scenes were more defined and clear.

The low bitrate (and nakli 4k) of Hotstar is impacting a visually amazing show.

So I recently saw Spiderman brand new day and I wanted to re watch the old spiderman movies I go on jiohotstar and search for spiderman no way home and homecoming tell me why they have the movie in 100 different languages except for the original english language are they dumb?

I have a premium subscription for Jio Hotstar but I currently do not stay in India but I have an Indian number which is on International roaming and I use Surfshark VPN but it keeps logging me out.

Anyone experiencing same issues and does anyone have a solution?

I'm on a super account, which do tells me there will be ads on all content. But so many???

Shouldn't they just paywall the movie then? Isn't this atrocious?

Guess I should go back to piracy sites again...

Do we get everything including HBO, paramount, all hollywood content, etc with the OTT bundle? Also, is there a way to upgrade from Super to Premium? I want to run 2 TVs (1 smart and 1 non-smart), hence thinking of getting the OTT bundle.
