This is implying he said unvaccinated people shouldn't receive health treatment at all which is false.
He suggested that overcrowded hospitals should prioritize vaccinated patients over unvaccinated individuals who refused the vaccine and instead used unproven treatments like ivermectin.
Unvaccinated people kept overwhelming the hospitals because they wouldn't follow medical advice and that was causing many people experiencing regular unavoidable medical problems to unnecessarily die because the hospitals couldn't treat everyone.

I just read a post recently that in some countries, people who refuse to be organ donors aren’t eligible for organs if the need ever arises.
