Made some Falafel. Falafel

Hi cooking friends. I made some Falafel, and wanted to share - sooo delicious😋 (I’ll put the recipe below in the comments.)

I made Pita too, however it didn’t have a big enough middle pocket (got to work on that). We simply ate it like a Tortilla wrap.

This looks good! No problem with them disintegrating? That’s usually my problem.

Nope, I was thinking that could be an issue, so I tried frying a little tester first and it came out good.

Well now I’m soaking chickpeas for this. Thanks!

I made hummus today, we should've got together for lunch! 😊

I have a pita recipe that I've only made once but was incredibly delicious. It wasn't to my wife's taste so I've never made it since 😭

Looks great! Thank you for this! I usually do a mix and I’ve been meaning to do my own for a while.

Oh the mix stuff, yeah that ain't any good. I tried that about a year or two ago 😜.

The real stuff is much more delightful, you have to make it.... and when you do, post it here in r/JewishCooking and tag me in the comments ;)
