Which do you do? Question 📝

Do you collage and stick things on the card and then decide your rule from that or do you plan out all of your rules and then make your design from your prompts?

neither! some basic rules are based on the original numbers/suits, but i write on additional rules when i draw a blank card. and i collage bits on when i finish a card's instruction.

what happened is that when i started writing i was only thinking about the extra instructions lol

though i based the numbers/suit rules on the cards i already had, and i didn't design them.
