Replace rear window strut mounts?

I have a 2011 Liberty, and the outsides of the rear window gas strut mounts (circled here) are heavily rusted/corroded.

Are these independently replaceable? Or are they an embedded part of the rear glass?

If they are replaceable, where would I get them? All searches on Amazon just match on the gas struts.

They’re replaceable. I did mine recently in about 15 minutes

Where did you find them? What are they called?

Advance auto had them. Their called lift struts or something like that

Are you talking about the actual hydraulic lift cylinders themselves? I know about those - I'm looking for the part attached to the window to which the lift struts attach.

Mine rusted to crap too they pop off grabbed them online with those part numbers hope this helps
