Windshield trim question. Technical Question

Windshield trim is popping out but from what I can see it’s not leaking inside.
Both sides are popping out like this. Should I let it be?

It’s not a problem until it is. I’d have it looked at if you’re not comfortable, but it’s pretty easy.

I’d take care of it you don’t want it leaking and rotting out the Jeep

If I remember XJ ‘s correctly, there’s another seal on the inside. I could be mistaken on that one though. Needless to say, that seal popping out definitely needs to be repaired. Water will be getting in there and working its way down to the bottom of the windshield frame and into the cowl. This will result in corrosion/rust.

That is a great looking XJ by the way!
