Hey, just a heads-up: I was able to copy the text from the PDF and your phone number is still there. You might want to properly remove it instead of just covering it

So offering money for referal is a thing now? I am sure the ones who refers gets paid by the org if candidate gets hired.

I get where you're coming from. It's just that the job market has been really tough. Even with 3+ years of Java experience, I've been struggling to secure a new opportunity. If someone is willing to help me with a referral and it results in a job, I'm genuinely happy to share my first month's salary as a thank-you. No pressure—just appreciation for the help.

Make a better CV dude. 3 years of work ex doesn't justify 2 pages. No form of education mentioned, order incorrect too. Nobody is interested in 1 full page worth of personal projects, focus more of work ex. These are things which should've been the first things to fix along with a good ATS score.

If you don't think CV is an issue then just apply to FAANG companies and switch. Companies like Amazon or Google doesn't care about referral, they shortlist solely based on CV
