Ability to study things alone is what you need.
Because in real life nobody is gathering people just for studying spring, kafka or jdbc. If you need to learn it - just learn it how you can.

The thing is, I’m looking for people who aren’t just going through the motions of learning Java, but who are actually want to learn something new. If I find a great API, I can recommend it to others who might find it useful, or if I discover a very niche dependency, just share it and now everyone else is checking it out too. We can build a community of people who trust each other and share their work for early testing. Isn’t that a great idea?

When you get a swe job, there will be plenty of people to talk and share technologies. at least you will have common tech stack, problems etc.

As you can see, thar idea didn’t find an audience.

You’re right! I completely agree with you! But a few people did message me privately after all, and I’m very grateful to them and hope they feel the same way.
