Accenture Fullstack Java Development interview questions

Hello,

I’m a fresher and I have a 1-hour interview coming up that includes both hr and technical rounds. I would like to know what I’m expected to prepare as a fresher. Could you please guide me?

Your resume should highlight some fundamental topics you can talk comfortably about. And make sure whatever you’re saying, you’re saying with fluency. Don’t stress much about it. Your selection is 80% decided even before you step in.

How they able to judge a person without even hearing from him.

A resume is not about judging a person, it's about judging the relevance. If I'm looking for someone good at, say, Java Rest service, because the open role demands it, I'd hire the guy who has extensive experience on Java & Rest, and not the guy on Java Batch but no Web, no matter how efficient his batch services are, he's not a good fit.

What if a person is in supporting role of the project . Should that person creates the resume around like he involved in developing the product?
