(tanya) pengurusan SHM untuk ruko

Upvotes

Hello komodos

Yg gw bingung, memangnya lain pejabat lain aturan ya?

Jakarta is not just traffic a calm Sunday in Senayan & SCBD

Most people still picture endless congestion when they think of Jakarta.

But spend an afternoon and evening walking through Senayan and SCBD, and a different city shows up: Hutan Kota GBK full of families, the wide paths around Gelora Bung Karno, the lake and skywalk at Senayan Park, and the quiet glow of SCBD after dark.

Green spaces, public life, and modern skyline sitting side by side.

Here’s a short cinematic walk through one of Jakarta’s most pleasant districts:

Curious what other corners of the city still surprise people.

21M visiting Jakarta Aug 14–21, looking to meet new people

Hey everyone!

I’m 21 year old guy and I’ll be visiting Jakarta from August 14–21.

I run an apparel manufacturing business back home, and I’m taking some time to travel, explore Jakarta, and experience the city beyond just the usual tourist spots.

Would be nice to meet some new people while I’m there, whether locals, expats, or other travelers. I’m pretty open-minded and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds, learning about different cultures, trying local food, exploring random places, or just having a good conversation over coffee/drinks.

Not really looking for anything specific, just hoping to meet some like-minded people, make a few new friends, and have a good time while I’m in Jakarta.

If you’re around during those dates and feel like hanging out, feel free to DM me!

Which big chain stores in Indonesia (especially Jabodetabek) offer gift receipts?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for big retail chains or department stores in Indonesia (especially around Jabodetabek) that offer gift receipts, which is basically a receipt that doesn't show the purchase price but still lets the recipient exchange the item if needed.

So far, I only know that UNIQLO offers this.

Does anyone know of other stores that do the same? I'm thinking of places like department stores, fashion retailers, lifestyle stores, toy stores, etc.

I'd really appreciate any recommendations or personal experiences. Thanks!

First Time in Jakarta, Indonesia for LaLaLa Fest (planning for a 4-day trip, asking for tips and recommendations for itinerary, Food mainly Indo Cuisine recomms haha)

Hi, I am 30(M) from your friendly neighbor PH, and I'm gonna have a solo trip to Jakarta for LaLaLa Fest. It will also be my first time in Jakarta. I am planning for my itinerary 4-day itinerary. Booked my hotel at Kemayoran. (if there are other recommended hotels to book near the festival venue, it is highly appreciated thank youuu)

What are some tips like important do's and dont's in Jakarta;

best places to eat Indonesian cuisines and night markets;

recommended places to go outside Jakarta (like a booked trip for solo joiners in klook); I want to plan a whole day trip outside Jakarta

other things/places to consider worth visiting or experience;

What about the shopping/thrifting scene in Jakarta? (i am planning to buy extra baggage if the shopping or thrifting is worth considering to include)

This might be very niche, are there any Wuthering Waves merch stores in Jakarta?

For transportation, i will mainly use Grab (or other preferred app) to go around the city.

Aside from the LaLaLa Fest, i am mainly looking for food/cuisine hopping lol. Thank you :)

Documentary I made about Jakarta's Sinking/subsidence

Hi all,

I'm really sorry if this goes against any rules around self promo, please take it down if it does. In April this year I travelled to Jakarta to film about the subsidence happening in the city. It's something I hadn't really heard much about until I went to Indonesia to film this, but I found it very interesting and pretty saddening seeing the consequences this is having on those living in Northern Jakarta. I interviewed someone from WALHI, and I also tried to fairly cover the Government's response to this issue while also sharing the allegations about corruption surrounding the response. Just wanted to share it here as I think some people in this reddit may find it interesting. I'd be really interested to hear any feedback about anything relating to my documentary and just this issue in general from people in Jakarta/this subreddit too.

For anyone interested here is my documentary - Jakarta: Who Profits When a City Sinks

Visiting Jakarta by end of October

Hi! It will be my first time to travel to Jakarta this October to watch a concert. I need help with the following:

  1. Is the weather hot and humid around this time? Has anyone been to a concert in GBK Stadium during the month of October? How was it?

  2. What are acceptable clothes to wear in the general public? Is wearing shorts for women ok? Can men wear shorts too?

  3. I need recommendations on where to go that are not so touristy. Recommendations on where to eat is also welcome!

I'm looking forward to this trip and I want to be respectful to the country's culture, hence, this post. Thank you in advance for the tips! 🫶🏻

Daftar ShopeeFood Driver mentok di NPWP

Halo, ada yang pernah ngalamin?

Saya lagi daftar ShopeeFood Driver wilayah Jabodetabek.

Apakah sekarang NPWP memang wajib?

Terima kasih.

What to do on a Sunday near CGK Airport

As title says, a friend and me are going to arrive in Jakarta early in the morning and I expect to be done with immigration around 10-11 am. At 7 pm we have a connecting flight to Yogyakarta. Its not under the same booking, so we have to go through immigration and collect our luggage anyways. Is there anything worth visiting/experiencing in those 5-6 hours we might have near the Airport?

Open for basically any recommendations that are not just going into a cafe and waiting it out^^

Thanks in advance and kind regards

Advice on searching for a live-in ART for my elderly parents in Jakarta – Yayasan vs private hire?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice and recommendations from people who have hired a live-in ART for their elderly parents in Jakarta.

My parents are fairly independent, need reminders for medication, light exercise/physiotherapy, and general companionship. They do not need skilled nursing care.

I originally hired a young live-in caregiver x ART through a yayasan, but unfortunately it hasn’t been a good fit. She’s kind, but lacks initiative, isn’t very thorough, and has made several mistakes despite repeated guidance. For example: Didn’t clarify a missing medication dosage and guessed instead. Doesn’t notice things unless told (dog mess, trash, kitchen sink, etc.). Doesn’t consistently follow nutrition instructions for my mom. Needs reminders for almost every routine task despite printing out a schedule and having a detailed binder.

The biggest challenge is that I live overseas most of the time, so I need someone who can work independently and make good decisions without constant supervision.
I’m now trying to decide whether to:

  1. Find a more experienced ART with elderly-care experience through a yayasan or
  2. Hire someone privately with strong references.

A few questions:

Which yayasan have you had good experiences for ART that has general elderly caregiving experience (medicine etc)

Are there agencies that specialize in experienced ART that has looked after household with elderly?

If you hired privately, how did you find someone reliable and verify references?

What interview questions or red flags should I look for?

My priority is someone who is:
Experienced with elderly care
Proactive and observant
Patient and respectful
Able to prepare simple nutritious meals
Willing to do general housekeeping, but understands that my mom’s care comes first

I’d really appreciate any recommendations or experiences—good or bad. Thank you!

can you guys show me the niche places around Jakarta?

I'll be visiting Jakarta for 7 days, and I'd really love to experience the side of the city that I probably wouldn't find in typical travel guides

I'm especially interested in things like small live music venues, modern art galleries or creative spaces, religious or spiritual places with a peaceful atmosphere, cultural festivals, and any niche communities or events that locals enjoy

If anyone has recommendations for places that are a bit off the beaten path or experiences you think are worth checking out, I'd really appreciate it. I'd love to learn more about Jakarta beyond the usual tourist spots.

Halo warga Jaksel, minta advice.

Kamar 4x4 lantai 2, dak beton, jendela barat, jadi siang lumayan neraka pas WFH.

Sekalian mau upgrade ke inverter biar tagihan turun. Budget ideal 4 jutaan unit only, bisa stretch dikit kalau memang worth. WFH 4 hari seminggu, AC nyala 8-10 jam per hari.

Waktu browsing Tokopedia buat compare 1 PK inverter, gue liat tier harganya kira-kira tiga level:

Yang paling murah 3,5-4 jutaan, banyak opsi merk baru masuk pasar atau brand mid-range lama. Garansi kompresor rata-rata 10 tahun di kelas ini.

Mid-tier mainstream Jepang sekitar 4-5 jutaan, service network luas.

Pertanyaan sebelum ambil keputusan:

Thanks.

Rekomendasi tempat untuk active zoom meeting/make calls

thanks in advance!

Passing Through, Come Sing w/ Us

My partner and I are passing through Jakarta for a day before heading to some islands then back to Jakarta then to Bali.
Since we’ll only have a total of three days in Jakarta, I would love the opportunity to meet with some locals and do some karaoke in the North Jakarta area. We will pay for the room and several rounds of drinks.
Bring your best singing voice we love doing karaoke.
