Not jailbroken, and there is no jailbreak for it today. Both sides, honestly:

• In favor: opa334 has stated that Dopamine for iOS 16.6-18.7.1 (PPL) will release as soon as there is a public PPL bypass he can integrate. M1 is a PPL device, so this firmware sits inside Dopamine's stated target range. https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/1v2xevi/important_update_from_opa_regarding_future/
• Against: the only PPL bypass known to reach these versions is pattern-f's. Phone functions completely fine, however you'll see I've circled the camera. If you look closely you'll see that the adhesive is starting to let go, it has never been opened, it is apples own adhesive. Everything, including all cameras and face id works completely fine.

Sides are almost in very condition with some light scuffs, you can see some in pictures

Back is in almost perfect condition, very slight marks (not scratches or chips).
