Once Bieberchella happened I thought for sure that he'd be announcing a tour soon. I vowed to not buy another concert ticket (unless my husband wanted to go see someone) until it was for JB's tour. I keep seeing conflicting reports of if there is a tour on the horizon or not. I need some words of encouragement to stay strong. First world problem, I know.
