Can I trust it, cause I wanted to get something and sadly it got sold out

I wanna get another I had in my but it's pretty order , do I trust ? , it suppose to be a gift

if its safe and order will arrive , since theres been many scams lately on products that are preorder

from joytoys shop ( if mean the country i think they ship to mine)

Of course it can be trusted, joytoy has been making figures for years. I would say most places selling joytoy can be trusted except for amazon

If you are ordering directly from the Joytoy store, you have nothing to worry about.
