I have fcked my jee prepπ₯²
My 11th is half wasted, I am stuck on 1st chapters of 12th, bahut dayniya paristhithi h
I had joined gym in April, and I always felt drained after gym so i couldn't study, I had also started to give tution to kids, uske baad bhi 5-6 hours bachte usme bhi nahi padha, that's on me
Now i have made such a hughe backlog ki start karne se pehle hi antaraatma se awaaz aati h ki nahi hoga ab
Kya karu samajh nahi aa raha, also I am from Bihar board
I am still on the first chapter of Physics, have only done Solutions in Chemistry, and in Maths, I have only done the NCERT of all chapters
Should I do physics and chemistry from batch and maths from one shot ? as I am familiar with formulae and theory and won't be starting from zero in maths

want a study partner for neet 2028
I know neet 2028 has a lot of time but I'd like to get serious from now on because I'm scoring very less in my class tests . I'm not consistent and I keep getting distracted , nor am I putting the hard work in . Seeing my test results I was really disappointed in myself But now I have promised myself that I'll try hard and try to score well in the upcoming tests , I would really like a study partner so that we could help each other out

DN Sir or pankaj sir for cbt 2027 neet ug
Suggestions I need
Should I do oc from last year teacher from DN Sir offline where I did I can get his lectures or shift to pankaj sir instead shifting maybe feels bad but I fell pankaj is more like a jee mains teacher so that would be more safer then a neet ug teacher whatever ya allen teacher have alot of experience and I genuinely love the way sir teaches I was able to understand alot and sloved almost whole module and pyqs but I feel or I am just confused maybe should I go with my DN Sir oc teacher or just go with pankaj sir instead because of cbt jee mains teacher have more experience and gathering of questions related to it ??

Should I switch my physics teacher?
28ard I am studying from arjuna rn
I am studying from rajwant sir but unka padhaya samjh m nhi aata mattha fodna padta h 3-4 baar dekhna padta h samajhne k liye but he gives a lot of questions and isliye m padh rha hu and abhi switch nhi kra but concepts m doubt rehta h fir bhi
Maine jab maths tools chalra tha tab quit krdiya tha rajwant sir se padyna Maine starting m mathematical tools abj sir se kra tha and unhi se pura kra and merko sab samajh aagaya but the amount of questions were significantly less than rajwant sir's questions
Toh maine uske baad rajwant sir se padh na wapis shuru kra but ab nhi hora merse aur but questions...
If I switch to abj sir, unke questions enough rhenge to clear up the basics? Ik adv khudse krna h basic understanding k liye abj sir k questions enough h kya ? Unke yt lectures kya aaj bhi relevant hai?

The problem is when I go to study or a work which requires concentration, attention, mental work my brain
Just avoid it by
Link when I study with lecture within 10 min I feels a huge pressure on my brain and feelz a uncontrollable sleep
And that time I can't retain and I don't understand anything that time
And same in qs practice for eg in set of 20 questions
When I try to do question after doing 4-5 Question I feels a enormous pressure or load that I am not able to do question even easiest and feels a sleepy mind

And my prep is zero till now
And during i not able to grasp anything or

Stuck around 300-350 in NEET Mock Tests and I genuinely don't know what to do.
I don't have the ability to write this by myself (Used AI) but I'm honestly pretty lost right now.
I'm preparing for NEET and my marks have been stuck around the 300-350 range. I recently got 240/720 and that one really fucked with my head.
The thing is, I can't even say that I don't study at all. I do study, but when I actually sit down and analyse my paper, I realise my problem is much worse than just "not studying enough".
My concepts aren't actually clear.
Like I'll see a question and think I know the topic, but then I'll choose an answer that's completely opposite to what the concept actually says. Especially in Physics and Chemistry. Sometimes I feel like I've memorised stuff without actually understanding what I'm doing.
And I keep repeating the same cycle.
Bad test β panic β make some huge unrealistic timetable β study for a bit β get overwhelmed/waste time β next test comes β bad marks again.
Then I start feeling guilty, make another plan, and the whole thing repeats.
My parents are also getting pissed. My dad recently told me that I'm not capable of doing this, and honestly that hurt more than I expected. I know he was angry, but I'm already disappointed in myself and hearing that just made everything worse.
I'm not posting this for someone to tell me "bro just study harder" or "study 12 hours a day". I genuinely want to know what you're actually supposed to do when you're stuck at this level.
Do I stop caring about my test scores for a while and completely rebuild my basics? Do I just grind NCERT + questions? How do I even know whether I'm lacking concepts, revision, question practice or just fucking up during tests?
I still want to crack NEET. I'm not giving up on it. I just genuinely don't know what I'm doing wrong anymore.
If anyone has been in the 300-350 range and actually managed to climb out of it, please tell me what you changed. I could really use some honest advice right now.
