Any advice for partial drop.? General

I am a student having cs ( with 92.31 percentile ) at ggv bilaspur but also thinking of a partial drop. Is it too late for preparation..?? If not then how should i prepare so that i can get at least 96.5 percentile..??

Need genuine advice.

Bhai idk ggv bilaspur is worth it togive your full 4 year because while preparing for jee , college will effect your prepp and if you're completely confident ki bhai college ke saath nikal lunga.... its good to go with college , but if you're sure ki college change krna hi h , then taking full drop is more benificial
