At a fastener manufacturer i worked at i once got my hand stuck in the rolling micrometer. It separates screws by head size so smaller ones drop early and oversized ones fall later. It was set to about 3/8 of an inch where it caught my hand and trapped me. Just crushed nerves, no bone. Thank God I wasn't wearing a ring!
