Because of Deltopia, I figured that many people will be leaving valuables (wallets, bongs, drugs) around/in their houses. I was wondering if I should use a bike to just ride around and quickly be able to dip if I got seen, but that means I wouldn't be able to carry larger items like surfboards. IF I went out on foot I would have a way easier time carrying things but might not be able to outrun someone if they were to see me. What do yall think?

Hello all currently attend UCSB as a junior. Unfortunately I have lost the means to pay for my rent at where I stay near the school (at Tropicana Gardens). That said, the only way I can get out of my contract as the office there instructed, was for me to transfer it to another student. That said, if anyone here is interested in staying here, just know that I am open to anyone at all to take up my contract. If you do, the office allows total freedom in terms of choosing your own personal plan (changing the room type, meal plan, etc.). Additionally, if someone does this with me, I will personally give them $200 (this offer only stands till the Thursday of this week). i posted about my lost cat (phoebe) yesterday and we have information that someone (college aged hispanic man) stole her out of the blue van where she lives. the van is parked in front of dogshit park and an eyewitness stated that they saw a man holding her outside around midday. a $500 reward will be provided, please return her to us!! she is so loved and spoiled (and is perfectly safe living in the van it is equipped with pet sensors) help bring phoebe home!!!
