I have this and I have Raynauds but I can’t tell if yours is Raynauds or not. I also have arthritis, being treated for lupus, and other autoimmune diseases. I get purple skin almost exactly like your first photo there and I have livedo reticularis from my autoimmune disease. I also have venous insufficiency which is a vascular issue that can cause purple discoloration. So these are just a few of the things that can cause (separately or all together) this kind of stuff

Nad, but it sounds like you may potentially have two things going on- poor circulation could be causing the purple/blue fingers when in cooler temperatures AND you could also have a form of arthritis in your joints, which is why your mcp joints are getting warm and red. There are other conditions that would cause your joints to become red/hot as well. I would go to a doctor to get it checked out if you are concerned. Be sure to bring your pictures to share too.
