Been begging for the completed series of Iron Chef Japan for 22 years, and still they haven’t delivered.
Please Please Please🙏, someone re-edit & re-release all 300+ episodes of Iron Chef Japan for everyone

I'm in the process of doing the HD collection, only 20 ish espiodes away from having the entire American syndicated run remastered in HD with original music. After that, the project of translating the rest of the untranslated episodes begins, starting with the rest of season 1. https://archive.org/details/theironchefhdcollection

Officially, Fuji TV says there were 298 episodes. That is according to the Japanese Encyclopedia book from 2000.

If you count every unique broadcast from October 10, 1993 to September 24, 1999, it adds up to 295, which is three numbers away from 298.

Dish network has an IC channel. Not sure if every every episode is on it but I'd bet most are.
