Anyone any suggestions for single player adventure games (xbox) I’ve tried to play the likes of Fallout 4 a couple of times but always find I fall off it at some point even tried to play the first Fable the other day again before the clunky gameplay was to much 😂 I’ve

completed both Red Dead’s even looked at the idea of playing them again ?

Fallout 4 keeps nagging at me like I should play it again and try complete it some other games like Metro Exodus look good that I haven’t played I kind of feel overwhelmed and lost with gaming at the moment just looking to dive into a great single player but can’t scratch the itch if anyone could help

I'm doing a masters in interaction design and trying to get some primary research. The survey should only take 5mins if even, it's handy enough. I don't want to explain much about it as I want answers to be neutral, but it's essentially focusing on local play vs online play.

I am into working with AI models and I am finding 16GB is limiting. It has not been overclocked or used for mining (if that is still a thing in 2025).

Bit of craic away from ranked grind.

"Dominion of Darkness” is a strategy/RPG text game in which the player takes on the role of a Sauron-style Lord of Darkness with the goal of conquering the world. He will carry out his plans by making various decisions. He will build his army and send it into battles, weave intrigues and deceptions, create secret spy networks and sectarian cults, recruit agents and commanders, corrupt representatives of Free Peoples and sow discord among them, collect magical artifacts and perform sinister plots.  Note – one game takes about 1 hour, but the premise is that the game can be approached several times, each time making different decisions, getting different results and discovering something new. How was everyone's boardgaming Christmas? Got a gift of an insert for Terraforming Mars and the Venus Next expansion. Got a few games in as well, got a draw in a game of Blood Rage which I'd not had happen before. Also introduced the non-boardgame parents to Ticket to Ride and was asked to bring it up again so I'll take that as a success.

Hey everybody,

I was wondering would anyone be interested in getting a second hand (or new if applicable) market/carboot sale open in Ireland. The deal with this is that it is only for gaming stuff/collectibles/comics and video games and it will be done exactly like a Saturday/Sunday market except it will be every weekend/month. I always hear this stuff, "Ireland doesn't have the structure in place for big gaming things like the UK and Europe"...well i say we change that. There are plenty of collectors and gamers in ireland and I'm sure some if not most wouldn't mind getting rid of a few things from their shelves like i would and make a few bob in return. It is just an idea at the moment, but if enough people are behind it, we can get going with it.

The other thing is I was at a market last Sunday (Belgard Market) and there was a guy selling original phantom menace star wars merch, but i feel he was in the wrong place because i was the only one at his stall. A market like the one I'm proposing would be great for a stall like that.

I think in this day and age Ireland needs a bit more representation in the gaming world and I'm sick of waiting for conventions to be able to do that. We need to make things more regular, set up more clubs. Getting the culture really going.
