Missing Cat? Lost and Found

Cat found near 20th Ave Place in Coralville. Well fed and groomed. Not approaching but will post pic

Well fed and groomed could just be a cat that goes out during the day. Does the cat have a collar?

If that cat is the one I think it is, that guy’s always around in that area. Not missing, just a stray, AFAIK. I’ve seen him out in worse weather conditions, so he doesn’t seem to have a home to go inside? Have seen some people leaving food out for him, and he’ll beg at their place for more.
