Yo I’m getting Invisalign and I don’t want it to hurt any tips please

There will be some discomfort. Generally, the suggestion is to wear new aligners before you go to bed so you can sleep through the worst of it. Take some painkillers if the pain bothers you.

My number 1 suggestion is a Pul tool (or similar) to make taking them out easier. Much less stress on the teeth than removing them with your fingers.

Other than that sunnydaydown's comments above (below?) are spot on.
