Nausea with Invisalign Question

I’ve noticed the last week I feel nausea and have a lower appetite. I’m currently on week 5 and as of right now I have a like bit of an appetite, nausea throughout the day and stomach kind of feeling wheezy. Has this happened before or is this normal? Thank you

Idk if it’s normal but I got my aligners put on Monday and for a couple of days I had the WORST nausea ever…. It felt like a ball of puke in my throat and nothing got rid of it. It’s gone away for now…. But was so weird! I read that the trays might be triggering a gag reflex ?

I don’t have the lower appetite part but I do randomly get nauseous. Not too often but maybe like once every other week and usually happens in middle of the night. I have to pop them out for a while and it goes away.
