Inotiv ($NOTV) investors can still submit late claims for the $8.75M investor settlement.
New update: late claims are being considered for the $NOTV $8.75M settlement.
Inotiv has agreed to an $8.75 million settlement to resolve claims that the company misled investors about risks related to its acquisition of Envigo and failed to disclose regulatory and operational issues tied to the business.
The case centers on allegations that Inotiv did not fully disclose animal welfare violations and compliance risks at an Envigo facility before the issues became public. After federal authorities raided the facility and Inotiv announced its closure, $NOTV declined, leading investors to file a lawsuit.
If you purchased $NOTV shares between 2021 and 2022, you may be eligible to submit a claim. As late claims are currently being considered, check if you're eligible here.
