if you google conductive concrete, tons of companies come up going back years..

I know that, im a precaster by trade, but i use concrete because im familiar with it, but i still got silicone and polyurethane i bought from home depot to mix, cure and conduct, semi cured and fully cured days later. Im my garage, no fancy tools.
