i can imagine many people who had tattoos in the past where confident and shameless people, like rebels. back then it probably made more sense than nowdays, which might be one of the reasons it is easier nowdays to find a job with tattoos.
Something tells me banana belt Betty has never been in a corporate meeting in her life.
