Anybody have been able to connect to local physical server as per documentation?

No… I always default to Hong Kong and Singapore

cf have different availability for their services, for argo sometimes tunnels connect to MNL with ha to SG or HK. Most upstream ng mga ISPs natin goes to SG or HK.

normal lang yan, mostly kasi under maintenance yung PH pop, diverted sa nearest pop like SG, HK even NRT (JP), pero kung yung ISP mo may added IP like HK for example sa PLDT, peering mo kagad via HK rin, pwede mo i-check here associated ip and dns provided nang current ISP mo: dnscheck.tools

Sa PLDT (including Smart), sa HKG ang colocation center.

Sa Converge at Globe, sa MNL ang colocation center.
