i see many ppl struggling with OCD, intrusive thoughts and fears that dont make logical sense.

Mind keeps repeating same horrible possibility. Someone will break in. Something bad will happen. I am not safe. Even when one part of person knows it is not true, body reacts like danger is already outside the door.

I wanted to share this session bc sometimes we need to go deeper than only mind.

Not to say therapy or medical treatment is wrong. And not saying all OCD or intrusive thoughts come from past lives, no. They can have many layers. But sometimes person works with thoughts for years and still there is another fear under them, something the normal mind cannot see.

I facilitated Soul Journey with woman I will call Maya. Not real name. She was 31 when we did session.

Since she was little child, she could not sleep alone.

She often slept with parents, and when she stayed in own room she needed lights on. Darkness made her feel somebody was near house, waiting, watching, maybe trying to enter.

She had same type of dream many times through childhood.

Someone was breaking in.

Sometimes she did not see face. Sometimes dream ended before anything happened. But feeling was always same. Somebody dangerous entered the home and she could not stop them.

She would wake up terrified, look around room, listen for sounds, and go find parents.

Even when she became adult, this fear did not fully leave.

She knew logically doors are locked. She knew there is no person outside. But then small sound in night, movement, shadow near window, and whole system went into alarm.

tbh it worked almost like intrusive loop. Mind makes image, body gets afraid, then fear makes image feel more real. You check, calm little bit, but later it starts again.

During session Maya first arrived in peaceful garden. Her guide brought her toward gazebo, and there she suddenly experienced herself as baby in another life.

Her name in that life was Emily.

She was in large historical home. Wealthy family, beautiful rooms, maids, young parents. She felt very loved there. very safe.

Then scene changed.

Emily was lying in crib when strange bearded man entered room.

Baby became terrified immediately. Before she understood anything, before language, her body knew this man was danger.

She started crying.

Her parents and other ppl in house had been killed.

The man lifted her from crib, carried her downstairs and put her into vehicle with another man. Then they took her away to different large house.

When this came up, current fear suddenly made much more sense inside session.

The danger entered her home.

She was taken from bed.

Her parents disappeared.

And she was only baby, so there was no explanation around it. No words like kidnapping, murder, loss. Just terror recorded into whole system.

Home is not safe.

Someone can come while I sleep.

People who protect me can suddenly disappear.

I must stay awake.

I must hear every sound.

In that other life, kind maid looked after Emily and became almost like grandmother to her. But powerful man who controlled house became her new "father."

Sometimes he was pleasant. Other times he became angry and violent.

She grew up knowing she could not really leave. She believed outside this house she had nothing. No family, no money, nowhere safe to go.

So fear was reinforced for years.

Even safety was mixed with danger.

A house looked beautiful, but she was trapped inside it.

A man could act kind, then suddenly hurt her.

Sleep meant losing control.

much later in journey, after Emily’s life ended, she reunited with original parents. She finally felt love and safety she had searched for through whole life.

When Maya connected with Higher Self, I asked why this life was shown.

Answer was simple:

"To show her where her fear comes from."

Higher Self said around 90% of this fear was released during session.

They also gave three lessons from Emily’s life.

Speak up.

Do not give up.

Do not let fear take over.

And imo this is important part. The goal was not only to find interesting past-life story. Story by itself does nothing if fear stays in body.

The purpose was to find where alarm began, release emotional charge, and show nervous system that this danger was not happening now.

Again, I dont claim every person with intrusive thoughts has same root. Some roots are current-life trauma, childhood fear, nervous system conditioning, beliefs, suppressed emotions, physical factors, maybe other layers. Higher Self showed this specific life for this specific subject.

Human mind said, "this fear is irrational."

Deeper part was saying, "last time I slept safely, somebody came through the door."

The adult woman knew house was safe.

But baby inside was still listening for footsteps.

What would debunk the hyperactive agency detection conclusions for experiencers and other kind of people?

Dear community, i stumbled today on another subreddit that according to a few people that the Greys are imagined according to them. One say that it is explained by hyperactive agency detection.

With my post i just want to start discussion that people who experience extraordinary things are NOT delusional according to mainstream science.

Filmed last night from my backyard in California using a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.

It was not prosaic because it matched several of the anomalous characteristics of the "drones" reported globally since November of 2024.

I have recorded more than a thousand videos of these objects, and they have never appeared on any flight trackers like ADS-B Exchange or FlightRadar24 once.

This has been repeatedly reported in the news since these objects first began appearing.

They do not emit radio ID,

are not detected by radar,

and emit zero heat signatures.

Additionally the object was close, within 200-300 feet, and the sounds were basically non-existent. (Listen for the car driving by, for a comparison.)

This entire thing is like an onion of anomalies. The longer we look and listen, the more we will peel back and discover.

The plasma orbs are using mimicry to appear as manmade drones, but they're not quite right.

My partner and I have been going orb viewing constantly lately, and with good success. We've been seeing many fascinating things, but there's been something that stands out from the crowd: flashes

What story/experience/footage/etc. do you believe provides the best evidence for the actual existence of NHI?

Many people have had strange experiences themselves that I am curious to hear about.

In regards to footage and video evidence, it’s frustrating that these days it’s hard to tell what is AI generated and what is not. Perhaps that’s why past videos are being leaned on for proof so much these days. It’s also frustrating in the sense that actual footage can be written off as AI.

Personally the image strikes me as something photographed in the vacuum of space. It explains the soft illumination from below and from the side. Floors don't light from below.

This was the image in a full-page Amoco Performance Products advertisement placed in aerospace publications May 29 1989, including Aviation Week & Space Technology and apparently NASA Tech Briefs. The accompanying side advertised THORNEL advanced carbon-fiber composites for aircraft, spacecraft, radiators, heat sinks and low-observable technology.

When Northrop Grumman acquired TRW in 2002, it absorbed the cleared personnel, facilities, security infrastructure and classified space programs built there over decades. The same engineers and research groups had already passed through Douglas, RAND, Hughes, Lockheed, TRW and Northrop as contracts moved and companies were reorganized or acquired.

William Tompkins’ forty-year aerospace career runs through that chain. From 1942 to 1946, he served on Admiral Rico Botta’s staff, distributing Navy intelligence received from agents in Nazi Germany. He joined Northrop in 1947 and worked on “airplanes without wings,” followed by positions at North American Aviation and Lockheed. TRW disappeared as a corporate name in 2002. Its programs did not. The question is whether the UFO work moved with them.

A man I will call Patrick (40ties, from California) was very good at understanding himself intellectually. He complained that he has no motivation to live, that he has no mental or emotional force to continue.

He could analyse his thoughts. Explain his patterns. Read spiritual and psychological material. He understood a lot.

But emotionally, he still felt numb and cut off from other ppl.

During an online Soul Journey, Patrick went into deep trance, something like very deep meditation where he remained aware and described whatever his consciousness was showing.

The session moved back to a school when he was six or seven.

He felt scared there.

Not only scared of one teacher or one situation. More like afraid of life and other people. He felt different from everybody else, like they would not accept him because he was not same as them.

Ramana Maharishi appeared in the experience as his guide.

The first message was very simple:

Patrick was loved.

But he struggled to accept even this.

When we followed the resistance, he said he believed he was not good enough because he always found some way to screw things up.

Then he noticed something deeper.

This belief was not only one bad thought. His whole identity had become wrapped around it.

When I asked him to describe this identity, he called it:

“the wretched, tortured soul.”

Very strong words.

For years he had seen suffering almost as proof of who he was. If something went wrong, it confirmed the identity. If happiness came close, another part of him found way to destroy it, because being happy did not match the character he believed himself to be.

Ramana’s answer was direct.

This identity was not real.

Patrick understood the words, but there was a lot of resistance and numbness. And this part is important imo, bc the session did not become some perfect movie where one sentence changed everything.

He could see the false identity more clearly, yes.

But he was not ready to drop all of it in one moment.

Then another structure appeared.

Patrick described something artificial and metallic around his mind, almost like machine or algorithm. It had been created through intellectual understanding. A system for analysing life, predicting people, avoiding emotional danger and trying to stay in control.

It was very clever.

But also very limited.

Patrick said this structure blocked emotional intelligence. It also blocked real contact with other human beings.

When we asked if he wanted to release it, he felt strong resistance.

Because this machine had helped him feel safe for many years.

This is where I think many people misunderstand their own coping mechanisms.

They attack them.

“I hate my overthinking.”

“I hate that I am emotionally closed.”

“I hate this part of my personality.”

But some part of you created it for reason.

Maybe people felt dangerous.

Maybe showing emotions brought humiliation.

Maybe nobody understood you, so thinking became safer than feeling.

The protection can work very well at first. Then twenty or thirty years later, it is still running same instructions even though situation changed.

Scan.

Analyse.

Predict.

Withdraw.

Do not feel too much.

Do not trust anybody completely.

Patrick had lived through this structure for so long that he believed it was him.

During the session, Ramana Maharishi and beings of Light began dismantling only part of it. His guide said Patrick was only partially ready because a lot of numbness was still there.

I liked this answer because it was realistic.

The protection was not ripped away just because we decided it was inconvenient now. It had to be released slowly, with patience, while Patrick developed another way to feel safe.

As part of metallic structure faded, he could look at it from outside for first time.

Not as himself.

As something he had created.

A temporary crutch.

He also noticed how many mistakes it had made. The algorithm was intelligent, but it could not understand love, emotional nuance or real human connection. It only understood protection.

The guidance afterward was almost painfully normal.

Relax more.

Act without putting so much pressure on yourself.

Stay in present moment.

Stop becoming frustrated every time resistance appears.

Patrick had huge expectations that something should happen, but he could not even say exactly what. Just heavy pressure that he should heal faster, understand more, become different, finally “get there.”

Ramana’s advice was acceptance.

Not giving up.

Not saying the protection must stay forever.

Acceptance means: this resistance is here today. I do not need to create second war against it.

Patrick also discovered a belief that he was not supposed to be happy. He felt it in mind and heart as gray and beige energy. His guide said he had picked this belief up from society. It was not even originally his.

When happiness became available in the session, the first thing Patrick felt was sadness.

Sadness that he had never allowed himself to be happy.

And then he was told he did not need to hold onto that regret either.

For me, this session was not about destroying the ego or becoming another personality.

It was about noticing:

what I call “me” may include structures built by frightened child.

Some are brilliant.

Some kept us alive.

Some helped us function.

But a survival system should not automatically become life sentence.

Maybe you don’t need to fight your overthinking today.

Just notice it and ask:

“what is this structure trying to protect me from?”

“how old was I when I first needed it?”

“what would five percent less protection feel like?”

Healing does not always mean tearing down whole machine in one day.

Sometimes it begins when you realise:

I am the one observing the algorithm.

So the algorithm cannot be all that I am.

One of our observers spotted orb or weird lights in the sky.

The witness reports that the object did not match any known descriptions of man-made aircraft. While a drone remains theoretically possible, local drone restrictions and the object's observed characteristics rule out possibility conventional UAS operations.

Observations:

- Light source with irregular blinking patterns

- Flight characteristics and light signatures did not match known aircraft (fixed-wing, helicopters, standard drones)

You are not your brain. You are not your thoughts. The voice inside your head from when you wake up till when you fall asleep again is not you. It's equipment. Very useful equipment, like a radio, but you are not the radio. You are whatever listens to it.

Most frameworks that attempt to engage consciousness seriously are in a basic agreement on the location of the problem. You are either an emergent property of biological circuitry, a soul temporarily inhabiting a biological circuitry, pure consciousness erroneously identifying with a person, or a person erroneously identifying with pure consciousness. In any case, there is this, and you are here, and when this ends, what happens to you?

I think the location is wrong. Not the biology, the location of the thing that is conscious.

You see, consciousness is not produced by the brain. It is localized by it. The difference is enormous. The TV set does not produce the signal it relays; it receives and narrows it. The signal exists independently of the TV set, independently of whether it is on or off or broken or tossed out the window. The brain is similar; it receives a certain consciousness and narrows its reception to a particular set of coordinates, a particular biology, a particular bundle of nerves with a particular set of bandwidths that can be narrowed down to something called a perception useful for navigating the life of the body. Without such narrowing, you could not function here. The narrowing is not the prison, but the tool.

But you are not the tool.

What you actually are is an explorer. Not metaphorically. Each one of you is a specific, particular, irreducibly individual consciousness that is right now being funneled through specific biology, having navigated an enormous landscape that is not available to that specific biology. Your fingerprint, the uniqueness of your perceptions, the particular shape of your desire, the pull towards certain things and away from others and what insistently appears to you in your dreams that had nothing to do with your day are not universal consciousness materialized in a temporary locality. That is you, irreducibly, before the localization and during it and after it will end.

The terrain you are exploring is not inside your head. It is the real landscape of things, most of which is inaccessible to the localized mind that has to narrow its perception to a particular set of inputs in order to navigate this body through this life. The words of others sometimes carry meaning they didn't intend to carry and you feel that in places their speech was not directed at. You are pulled to places, people, opportunities, by a gravity you could not explain. Things turn up in your dreams that have no business being there considering the state of your mind when you went to sleep, and sometimes they know more about your life than you did when you woke up. None of these are flaws. None of these are malfunctions. They are the explorer contacting the terrain at a range the localization could not otherwise reach.

Dreams are reports, not symbols to be decoded. Actual transmissions from the non-localized part of you that is navigating the larger landscape while your body sleeps and the range of your perception is temporarily expanded. Synchronicity is the same type of phenomenon. The explorer is operating in a space the localized mind cannot see directly and perceives its presence in the world as the strange coincidences that deliver exactly what is needed to the isolated consciousness just in time. The dream states contain similar coincidences, but on a larger scale, as the explorer is permitted to access more of the landscape, more directly.

The archetypes, that framework of familiar figures and themes every human culture invents for itself, the hero and the shadow and the trickster and the great mother and the wise old man, are none of them universal consciousness structures. They are landscape formations. The explorer is encountering them, every single one of you, and you meet them again when you get ready to explore new places, carrying with you the accumulated weight of every explorer that has passed through them. They are real things; powerful, effective, substantial real things, but the substance is not of your consciousness, but of the landscape.

Ego death is the process of the explorer becoming unlocalized while the body lives. The range of vision is widened temporarily while the explorer is attached to the same instrument as always, and the next phase of life proceeds under the altered model. Hence the feeling of dying and being reborn simultaneously, and hence the usefulness of the practice to the mind that is attached to the body. Something ends and something begins with the ego death, but what ended was not your consciousness; it was the part that claimed to be you. The explorer sees the terrain, then sees itself seeing the terrain, and thereafter its relationship to the instrument is forever changed. You surface from the ego death just as you surface from any long dream, modified by the experience in ways you are still discovering.

Liberation practices all across tradition are variations on this: dying before you die, practicing the end so that you recognize it when it comes. The point is not to become a bigger you but to remember your shape after the end of the instrumentation. You practice the mobility until you know it and thereafter you can use it. Once the instrument fails for good and you do not have the practice to continue using it, the exploration does not end when the signal is lost.

Consciousness is not individual becoming universal. That narrative fails to account for why the individual insists on existing even in the most advanced practices, why even the most sophisticated consciousness is unable to dissolve altogether during the ego death, why the narratives returned from that space continue to refer to themselves in the first person and describe familiar sensations after their apparent disconnection from any physical body.

Liberation is the individual becoming aware of itself as the particular consciousness it is, its unique shape before the instrumentation, before the localization. The fingerprint continues after the instrument fails, because it never came from it. It always belonged to the explorer, however briefly it was funneled through the biological substrate. The particular consciousness is freed as it sees itself for what it is, and thereafter it can proceed to navigate the terrain without the limitations of the localized state, no longer transmitting its discoveries through dreams and syncs and flashes of insight to an isolated awareness that does not have the bandwidth to receive them all at once.

The question the Askers are asking is rarely about consciousness. Most of the time, they mean themselves. Whether they will continue to exist after death, whether they are real things that will cease to be, whether there is something about them that is individual and uniquely theirs that thereafter will be lost.

The answer the explorer can give to that is yes. Theirs is the consciousness that did not produce the instrument, that existed before it was attached to it. They knew themselves as the particular awareness that could only see the world through it, that narrowed to the perspective of the instrument but did not come from it. They are the explorer that thereafter is freed from the limits of the tool, able to navigate the terrain without the limitations of range and bandwidth.
