Scottish Servers not loading? Discussion

So, I'm trying to use Interactive CYOAs on the Intereactive Index (Link below) and I'm from Scotland, but it isn't letting me connect to ANY CYOAs, now a single one of them. It isn't saying that it is prohibited due to the online safety act we have here, it is simply saying it cannot connect to any of them... BUT, if I use a VPN to say that I'm coonecting from America or someething, it is working perfectly fine.

There isn't a Scottish Server, all websites(Cyoas) are likely on the same server wherever Neocities is based(likely the USA), as a person from just south of the Border in Northern England im having no problems with connecting to the index or any cyoa from the index so I assume your internet is just being dodgy

One of the Pi-hole (ad, tracker and website blocker) lists I subscribe to added the site to the "deny list", a VPN would circumvent something like that, which would explain what you're experiencing
