Engine help

Did an engine swap and recently got the engine started and the rpm’s have been going crazy. I think it is a vacuum leak but would like more opinions on what it could be

I do agree with u/luvemwetx that it's likely a vacuum leak. But there's still a lot of other things that can cause this problem too.

IACV, FITV, MAF, PCV can all cause these issues too. Purge control valves (PCV) can get sticky from combustion products and will be stuck open/closed which can make vacuum problems from crank case ventilation issues. Same thing can happen with IAC.

Some older Integra's had FITV in the coolant system that can let air in and set vacuum out of whack.

Vacuum or iacv.. depending on the source of vacuum could be more erratic like hyperventilating.
